Wolf RPG site, pg-13 age rating. Wolves, on an island long forgotten, were trapped. However, now they thrive and have learned and developed each in their own ways...

Adalwolf Island is an island off the maps, with its own weather, and was long ago forgotten about by humans. Some would say that wolves have changed just gradually over time to adapt to their surroundings, but some would tell you that it's the island that has changed them.

At first, wolves just seemed slightly different and less ravenous. And slowely, ever so slowly, they have changed to be more like humans. On the outside this is obvious by the fact that wolves can read, talk in a more complex manner, and some wolves have genetic traits that make them physically more like humans. However, to really understand them you have to delve deeper...

It used to be 'survival of the fittest' and only a desprate instinct to find food for the day and fight over territories. They have changed completely however over the corse of time. They now care for each other, and look after the old, sick and frail. They communicate with more in depth words which have more meaning an de understanding. But most importantly, they have clear feelings just like humans not just an instinct driving them wherever they go. They can love, hate, and feel so many more complex emotions, not just "feel" the need to fight another wolf over disputes.

So basically the wolves have learned to read and other aspects of them have changed. Some books were left behind by humans, but it's quite hard to make out the writing mostly and they are often starting to decompose. All wolves can now see in colour.
